Pricing is based on coverage levels needed, location of home, construction type, and loss experience.  This coverage is traditionally bound for 3 months and then is renewed for another 3 months.  Premium is FULLY EARNED with no option for refunds at time of cancelation.  Liability coverage of $300,000.00 is automatically included and we can extend to $500,000.00.

NOTE: Theft is listed as optional on the application but is not a valid coverage in Georgia.

NOTE: The policy can be written as vacant or vacant with renovations.  Checking “renovation” will extend the builders risk component to the policy.

NOTE: Boarded homes are acceptable.  Commercial Structures are acceptable.

 

Other structures need to be named in the application and are not automatically covered.

 

Note:

Corporate, Partnership, LLC name is Acceptable

Any age of home

Lower valued homes

No restrictions on Protection class 9 and 10
